Thomas W. Maguire

U.S. Veteran

Thomas W. Maguire of Dover, died at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital on Tuesday July 31, 2012. He was 77 years old. Born in Boston the loving son of the late Mary V. (Murphy) & Thomas G. Maguire, he was beloved husband of the late Carolyne A. (Norman) the devoted father of Andrea E. Maguire of Dover & Jonathan T. Maguire of Burlington, VT, the dear brother of the late Mary Lou Casey, he is also survived by many nieces & nephews. Relatives & friends are cordially invited to attend the Memorial Funeral Mass in the Most Precious Blood Church, 30 Centre St., DOVER on Saturday, August 4 at 11:00 AM. Committal will be on Monday, August 6, at 11:30 AM in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to the New England Center for Homeless Veterans, 17 Court St., Boston, MA 02108. Late Veteran U.S.Army & Mass. National Guard, Member Ancient & Honorable Artillery Co. of Mass., the Algonquin Club, President Tom Maguire Associates Inc., Manufacurers Representatives of Norwood , & member of The Phillips Society of the Massachusetts General Hospital. He was a graduate & benefactor of Boston College High School 1953, he received a B.A. in economics from Boston College in 1960, he attended Suffolk University and was a reserve Deputy Sheriff of Middlesex County.
