Arlene L. Sloan (Cameron) of Jupiter, FL & formerly of East Boston died in Florida on July 22, 2012. She was 77 years old. Born in Boston the daughter of the late Evelyn (Empy) & James Cameron, she resided in East Boston for many years prior to moving to Florida 23 years ago. She worked as a waitress prior to her retirement. She was the devoted mother of Mrs. Theresa Sloan - Dean of East Boston Jesse Sloan of Coconut Creek, FL, & the late Laureen Sloan & dear sister of Dorothy Pacheco of Dedham. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren. Services will be conducted at the Ernest P. Caggiano & Son - O'Maley Funeral home on Wednersday, September 5 at 11:00 AM with visitation commencing at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Winthrop Cemetery.
