Anita Mochi, long time resident of Winthrop passed away on February 25, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was the cherished daughter of Rose Marie Novello-Catanuso and Nemo Catanuso. Devoted mother to Kim Gelardi Brazier, John David Mochi, and Son-in-Law David Brazier, along with her adored grandson Zachary Brazier, all of Winthrop MA,  She was also survived by her long time companion John Nicholas Mochi. Anita was very active in the arts community and devoted to her church Holy Rosary of Winthrop.   

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Friday, March 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM followed by a funeral mass in Holy Rosary Church, Point Shirley, Winthrop at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow the mass in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
