Geraldine M. DeGregorio of Atlantic St., Winthrop passed away at the Melrose Wakefield Hospital on November 18, 2015. She was 91 years old. Born in Boston, she was the beloved daughter of the late Mary and Nicholas Gambale. A longtime resident of Winthrop, she was employed for many years as a social worker for the Massachusetts State Welfare Office.

She was the devoted wife of the late Pasquale "Pat" DeGregorio and the loving mother of Michael, Richard and Patrick DeGregorio all of Winthrop. She was the dear sister of the late Annette DiGiovanni and Camille Bruno. She was the cherished grandmother of Leah, Larissa and Susan. She was the former mother in law of Jane DeGregorio and Laura McLean.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Sunday, November 22, 2015 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 9:00 AM followed by a funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church 320 Winthrop St., Winthrop at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow the mass in the Belle Isle section of Winthrop Cemetery.
