Prayers to all Judy's family! She was a good friend and bingo buddy. She gave us a ride home, many times, from the senior center! Judy also made 3 of us, beautiful, Christmas wreaths and brought so many delicious pastries, for our coffee break! May Judy rest in peace.

Judy you brought warmth, joy & security as a neighbor to my parents Bernie & Marilyn Costigan. You always held a special place in my parent's heart knowing the kind & special person they had living next door. A neighbor for over 50 years , I will miss our over the fence chats & your delicious baked goods. Your infectious laugh & smile with stay with me forever. So sorry to hear of Judy's passing. I'll never forget how much she helped me out when Kerry was little and how we often wrote letters after she and Roger moved to Maryland. I still remember the dress I wore to their wedding!!! She was always very good to me and the family. I know she will be missed...Love to you all, Helen

Judy had all the best attributes that made her such a great person. I'll always remember how caring & generous she was. She made everyone feel so welcome in her home. It was a blessing to have known her. My sincere condolences to the entire Lipsett Family.

judy was a wonderful generous person. many years ago she took care of two of my children, from infancy until they were about two, and treated them like her own. i still remember picking them up after work, and her always inviting me to stay for a cup of coffee. her kitchen was a warm and welcoming place, and there was always room in her house for one more. i moved from winthrop, but i ran into her a couple of years ago as i was picking up my grandson from afterschool care-- she was picking up a child there too, still helping and watching out for children who needed her. she was a very special person.
