Paul M. Alioto of River Rd., Winthrop passed away suddenly at home on April 14, 2017. He was 53 years old. Born in Winthrop he was the beloved son of Barbara M. (Thornton) and the late Victor Alioto, Sr.. A life long resident of Winthrop he was employed as a truck driver for Fedex for over 32 years.

He was the dear brother of Bonnie Whiting and her husband Gary of Arizona, Victor Alioto, Jr. of Revere, Donna Eruzione and her husband Michael of Winthrop, Mark Alioto of Winthrop, Stephen Alioto and his wife Donna of Winthrop, Susan Tapparo and her husband Andy of Topsfield, Debbie Oliver and her husband John of Winthrop, David Alioto and his wife Dena of Winthrop, Patty DiBenedetto and her husband Tommy of Winthrop, Mary Alioto and her companion Rodney Leach of Winthrop, Michael Alioto and his wife Jenn of Winthrop and Danny Alioto of his wife Susan of Winthrop. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 9:00 AM followed by a funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church 320 Winthrop St., Winthrop at 10:00 AM. Interment private.
