Rita T. DiVita, 89, of Orlando, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017.
 

Rita was born on November 21, 1927 in East Boston, Massachusetts to Augustus and Elizabeth (Miano) Lazzarino who have both preceded her in death. Rita was a graduate of Winthrop High School in Winthrop, Massachusetts and was a homemaker. She was an avid doll collector, a great baker, loved doing things with her family and liked to work in the garden.

Rita was also preceded in death by her husband, Carmen F. DiVita in 2010 and her sister, Frances DiVita in 2014.

Rita is survived by her son, Craig S. DiVita of Orlando, Florida; daughter, Darlene DiVita Monzadeh and her husband Sid Monzadeh of Maitland, FL; grandsons, Garrett Monzadeh and Cameron Monzadeh; sisters, Mary Autuori of Scituate, Massachusetts, Susan DelloRusso of Satellite Beach, Florida and Leonora Ramsden of The Villages, Florida.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Saturday, August 5, 2017 from 12:30 to 1:30 PM followed by a graveside service in the Cross Street section of Winthrop Cemetery.
