Sefika Husanovic of Revere / Winthrop, passed away August 20, 2015 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston after a brief illness.  She was 69 years old. Born in Tuzla, Bosnia, where she grew up and later worked as a piano teacher most of her adult life, before moving to the United States in 1996.

She was the Beloved mother of Dalibor Konchar and his wife Indira Osmancevic of Winthrop, and Loving grandmother of Brando, who she adored. She was also survived by her many brothers, nieces and nephews.  

Family and friends will honor Sefika's life by gathering in the Funeral Home on Friday August 28 from 12:00PM to 1:00PM before leaving in procession to the burial to take place in the Belle Isle section of Winthrop Cemetery.
