Filomena (Fabiano) Russo

Filomena Russo of Seaview Ave., Winthrop passed away at home on October 29, 2018. She was 93 years old. Born in San Sossio Baronia, Italy she was the beloved daughter of the late Felicetta and Celestino Fabiano. A resident of Winthrop since 1970 she worked as a seamstress in the garment industry for many years.

She was the devoted wife of the late Alessandro Russo and the loving mother of Maria Tegan of Lynnfield, John Russo and Phil Russo both of Winthrop. Cherished grandmother of Sandra, Joseph and Rachel. Great grandmother of Aaron, Marissa and Jessica.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow the service in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.
