Michael W. Tear

Michael W. Tear of Temple Ave., Winthrop passed away unexpectedly on August 31, 2018. He was 34 years old. Born in Malden he was the beloved son of Lorraine (Frazier) and Stephen Tear. A graduate of Winthrop High School where he excelled in sports, especially football, he went on to work as an iron worker for several years.

He was the dear brother of Monica M. Tear of Winthrop. He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Friday, September 7, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home the same evening at 7:30 PM. Committal will be private.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made directly to the funeral home. Please click on the green appeal for donations tab to the left of the obituary. The donation is to raise much needed funds to cover the funeral expenses.
