Dolores C. (Interbartolo) Fabiano

Dolores C. Fabiano of Winthrop passed away at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston on October 13, 2021. She was 80 years old. Born in East Boston she was the beloved daughter of the late Michael A. Interbartolo and Gaetana "Ida" (Arbia). A resident of Winthrop for over 55 years, she worked as a designer for Priscilla Gowns for several years before working alongside her husband in Fabiano's Bakery. She also was involved in the WINARC Special Olympics.

She was the devoted wife of Joseph A. Fabiano, Jr. and the loving mother of Joseph Fabiano and his wife Crissy of Natick, Debra Colombana and her husband Gianni of California, James Fabiano and his wife Tanya of Winthrop and Francis "Frankie" Fabiano of Winthrop. Dear sister of Ida Vangieri of New Jersey, Marie Bossie of Maryland, Michael Interbartolo of Melrose and the late Anthony and John Interbartolo. Loving sister in law of Rosemarie and Peter Ottaviano of Winthrop. Cherished grandmother of Sophia, Giulianna, Antonio, Tina, Frankie, Domenic, Dante, Natalia and the late Marianna. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 9:00 AM followed by a funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church 320 Winthrop St., Winthrop at 10:00 AM. Services will conclude with the interment in the Belle Isle section of Winthrop Cemetery.
