Jeanne L. (Leone) Finney

Jeanne L. Finney of Overlook Drive, Winthrop passed away at the Lighthouse Nursing Care Center in Revere on March 29, 2018. She was 91 years old. Born in Boston she was the beloved daughter of the late Lena (Ciardelli) and Anthony Leone. She was a resident of East Boston before moving to Winthrop over 30 years ago, Prior to her retirement she worked as a secretary for HP Hood and Perini Construction Company.

She was the devoted wife of the late William Finney and the loving mother of Kathleen Corbosiero of Chelsea and Mark Finney of Wareham. She was the dear sister of the late Jennie Sullivan and Matthew Leone. Cherished grandmother of Mark, Laura, Kara, Stephanie and Heather. Loving aunt of Joan Sullivan, Maureen Rodgers, Stephen Sulliva and Anthony Leone and his wife Patty. Also survived by several great grandchildren and many loving great nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home immediately following the visitation at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow the service in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.
