Mary L. (Hlabanis) Chiulli

Mary L. Chiulli of Golden Drive Winthrop passed away at home on July 8, 2018. She was 88 years old. Born in Boston she was the beloved daughter of the late Philomena (Incrovato) and George Hlabanis. A resident of Winthrop and East Boston she was employed as a bank teller for many years.

She was the devoted wife of the late Anthony Chiulli and the loving mother of Marcella Feudo and her husband Anthony of Winthrop, Gregory Chiulli and his wife Mary of Revere, Jacqueline Copp and her husband Stephen of Dover, New Hampshire, Carolyn Calloway of Florida and Thomas Lopez of New Hampshire. Dear sister of the late Thomas Lopez, Walter Lopez, Albert Lopez, Rita Palladino, Anna Hlabanis and Helen Procopio. Cherished grandmother of Michael and Jacqueline Feudo, Susan and Michael Mattera, Cassandra Chiulli, Alexandra Chiulli, Stephen W. Copp, Jr., Lauren Copp, Sydney Copp and Vanessa Rice. Great grandmother of Max, Michael, Sabrina, Matthew, Julianne, Stephen, Gianna and Owen.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 9:00 AM followed by a funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church 320 Winthrop St., Winthrop at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow the mass in the Cross Street section of Winthrop Cemetery.
