Eva V. (Waluk) Lawrence

Eva Victoria Lawrence passed away on January 8, 2023. She was 102 years old. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was the loving mother of Stephen Machcinski, a long time resident of Winthrop and Daughter, Victoria Brenha residing in Melbourne, Australia. She also is survived by her granddaughter Tracy Machcinski also of Winthrop. She moved from New York to Winthrop to be with family and lived on Golden Drive for a number of years. She was presently living at Leonard Florence Chelsea Assisted Living. She Graduated from College in New York, worked for the New York Times and in later life owned and operated a hotel in upper state New York. She liked her gardening and for many years was surrounded by her pets.
 

Her celebration of life will be private among friends.
