Obituary
Helen Barbaro of Winthrop and formerly of East Boston passed away at the Advocate Healthcare of East Boston on September 7, 2023. She was 90 years old. Born in East Boston, she was the beloved daughter of the late Helen (Baldwin) and Albert Barbaro. A resident of Winthrop for over 30 years, she worked as an aide in school cafeteria's.
She was the loving mother of Rhonda Mariano, Michael Anacki, Mark Anacki and the late Walter Anacki, Jr. Dear sister of Marie Rodriquez, Anne Brown and Ruth Sullivan. Cherished grandmother of Gina and David Mariano.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Services will conclude with the interment in the Belle isle section of Winthrop Cemetery.
