Isabelle A. (LaRaia) Johnson

Isabelle A. Johnson of Revere and formerly of Winthrop passed away at home on January 26, 2023. She was 102 years old. Born in Boston, she was the beloved daughter of the late Anna (Viglione) and Joseph LaRaia.  Prior to her retirement she worked as a waitress for the former Dini's Restaurant in Boston.

She was the devoted wife of the late Daniel J. Johnson and the loving mother of Daniel Johnson and his wife Monica of Melrose, Robert P. Johnson and his wife Louise of Acton and the late James P. Johnson. Dear sister of the late Joseph, Nicholas and Arthur LaRaia. Cherished grandmother of Adrienne, David and Justine.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 9:00 AM followed by a funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, Winthrop at 10:00 AM. Services will conclude with the interment in the Cross Street section of Winthrop Cemetery.
