Lorraine G. Molloy of Winthrop passed away at the Glen Ridge Nursing Care Center in Medford on June 21, 2023. She was 91 years old. Born in Boston, she was the beloved daughter of the late Mary (Donovan) and Thomas Purcell.
She was the devoted wife of James F. Molloy and the loving mother of Sharon O'Donoghue and her husband Michael of Lexington, Karen Letch and her husband Richard of East Boston and Kathleen Thistle and her husband Ken of Braintree. Dear sister of the late William Purcell, Winifred Booth, Jessica Harrington, Thomas Purcell, Jr. and Helen Rizzo. Cherished grandmother of Ashley and Daniel.
Services and interment were private.
