Obituary
Margorie McCarthy of Winthrop passed away in Malden on June 29, 2022 after a long battle with breast cancer. She was 68 years old. Born in Boston she was the beloved daughter of the late Rita (McFadden) and Thomas McCarthy. Prior to her retirement she worked as a Nurse’s Aide. She was an avid walker and was also a loving and generous person.
She was the dear sister of Geraldine Shore of Salem, Mary Lane of Lebanon, Maine and Thomas McCarthy of Winthrop. Also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
She will be greatly missed.
Services and interment are private.
