MaryJane (Rawston) Evans

MaryJane Evans of Middleborough and formerly of Winthrop passed away at the Nemasket Healthcare Center in Middleborough on September 4, 2023. A resident of Winthrop for many years, she was the beloved daughter of the late Nora (Tierney) and Robert Rawston. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a claims adjuster in the insurance industry.

She was the devoted wife of the late Roy E. Evans and the loving mother of Noreen Flaherty and her husband John of Lakeville, Diane Mastrangelo and her husband Michael of Lakeville and Paul Evans and his wife Lynne of Ossipee, New Hampshire. Cherished grandmother of Christopher, Christina and Melissa Mastrangelo of Lakeville, Brett Flaherty and his wife Jessica of Easton, Erin Skelly and her husband John of West Greenwich, RI and Paul, Noelle and Holly Evans of Ossipee, New Hampshire. Also survived by 6 great grandchildren.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Services will conclude with the interment in the Belle Isle section of Winthrop Cemetery.
