Myrteza Cakalli

Myrteza Cakalli of Winthrop passed away at the Boston Medical Center on April 18, 2022. He was 64 years old. Born in Albania he was the beloved son of the late Xhevaire and Muhamed Cakalli. He grew up in Albania before moving to Greece where he worked as a farmer. He has resided in Winthrop for over 3 years.

He was the devoted husband of Nafije (Sanxhaku) and the loving father of Valbona Vidhi of Albania and Frisida Sinani of Winthrop. Cherished grandfather of Kevin, Enida and Albi.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. The family will gather at the funeral home on Friday, April 22, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM and then process to the interment in the Belle Isle section of Winthrop Cemetery.
