Patrick Robert Feeley

Patrick Robert Feeley, 85, passed away Friday, May 5, 2023, surrounded by his loving family at Massachusetts General Hospital.  He was born on December 30, 1937 in Medford to Raymond Feeley and Evelyn (Searle) Feeley.

Patrick was an active volunteer for Winthrop youth sports, coaching little league and hockey for many years and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.  He served in the United States Airforce National Guard for several years.  Patrick enjoyed his family time, especially spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

He was the devoted husband of the late Mary (Scopa) Feeley and loving companion of Karin Beutel.  Loving father of Patrick Feeley and his wife Nancy of Winthrop, Raymond Feeley of Swampscott, James Feeley and his wife Andrea of Winthrop and Kenneth Feeley and his wife Cristina or Winthrop.  Cherished grandfather of James, Samantha, Patrick, Shannon, Daniel, Raymond, Matthew, Evelyn, John, Mary Josephine, Bailey, Yukio, Yuna, Sofia and Steffi and adored great-grandfather of Henry and Georgia.  Caring brother of the late Mary Leahy, Nancy Maxner, Betty Goudreau and Raymond and Paul Feeley.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM.  The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, 320 Winthrop St., Winthrop at 10:00AM.  Interment with follow at the Belle Isle section of Winthrop Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Patrick’s name to the Macular Degeneration Association by visiting www.macularhope.org.
