Born in 1944 , Paul was the son of Pasquale Femino and Santa (Sally) Femino (Forte), and brother of Patricia Volente and the late Joanne Femino.
Survived by his wife of almost 55 years, Bernadette Femino (Luongo), his son, the late Paul Femino, Jr. his daughter Andrea Lockett and son-in-law Geoff Lockett of Georgetown and their children, Isabella and Maxwell Lockett. He was brother-in-law to Rita Bartholomew, Al & Ann Luongo, and Joseph Volente, and a cherished uncle to his nieces and nephews.
Paul grew up in East Boston and Malden and served in the Navy overseas in Japan during the Vietnam War, and learned what would end up as his career trade, welding. When he returned from the Navy, he married and moved to Winthrop where he lived for 46 years. Upon retirement, he and Bernadette moved to Groveland where he enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Over the years, Paul and Bernadette enjoyed traveling both within the United States and Europe, and devoting time to their children and grandchildren, creating memories and cherished moments.
