“ENJOYED LIFE TO THE FULLEST”

Stephen J. Roy of Saugus, formerly of Everett, died unexpectedly at the Melrose & Wakefield Hospital on February 2, 2022. He was 67 years old & was born in Everett on September 23, 1954. Husband of the late Susan E. (Fox) Roy. The son of the late John A. and Anneliese (Katzenberger) Roy. He grew up in Everett and graduated Everett High School. He was employed at Market Forge and the Everett Public Schools as a Custodian.

Beloved father of Michael Roy & his wife Monica of Lynnfield. His lovely grandchildren, Arianna and Jace Roy. Also, survived by his brother, Daniel J. Roy of Peabody. His nephew & niece: Jeffery Roy & his wife Karyn of Peabody and Jaqualine Roy & her husband Joe of Peabody. Also survived by many family members & cousins including Barbel Stohrer & her husband Volker of Germany. He also leaves his loving wife’s family members: Timothy Fox of Braintree, Matthew Fox of Colorado Springs, CO, Jonathan Fox of Pennsylvania, Alison Fox of Arlington. Cherished nieces and nephews; Jennifer, Cameron, Christian, Travis, Nicholas & Shane Fox.

Papa enjoyed watching Jace play hockey and Arianna’s activities including recitals.
