Always known as "Terri" she was a native of Norristown PA and graduated from the Montgomery Hospital School of Nursing in Norristown in 1951. She relocated to Massachusetts in 1954 to accept a position as an operating room nurse (Baker OR) at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. During her 47-year career as a registered nurse she worked as an operating room, obstetrics, and medical-surgical nurse at various Greater Boston hospitals including Massachusetts General, Somerville Hospital, Winthrop Hospital, and Lahey Clinic/Burlington. She was a long-time nursing supervisor at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford.

Terri was an active sports participant in basketball and lettered in field hockey at Norristown High School (Class of 1948), and was an enthusiastic follower of the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. She was a long-time and devoted donor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and eagerly awaited her monthly mailing to add new faces to her prayers for their recovery. Her greatest joy was visiting and keeping up with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Terri asked that those who attend her services wear bright colors to celebrate her many years of nursing service.
