Carmen S. Domenico of Winthrop passed away at home on May 22nd, after a long battle with cancer. He was married to his beloved wife Theresa (Indresano) for 60 years, a devoted father of Robert & Sharon, Donna & Bill, and cherished grandfather / great grandfather of Joseph & Tabitha, Richard & Hattie, Ashley, Nicole & Jordan, Tomi & Lily, as well as brother to Althea Paige and John Domenico. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends. After 43 years of service, Carmen retired from Raytheon where he was Project Manager of the Office Machine Repair Dept.. Carmen was very talented, cooking, sewing, building lighthouses and toys, being just a few of his hobbies. In his younger years, Carmen was a member of the P.P.Y.C., where he served as treasurer, and Scout Master of Troop 75.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation from the funeral home on Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. The funeral will be conduced from the funeral home on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 9:00 AM followed by a funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church 320 Winthrop St., Winthrop at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow the mass in the Cross street section of Winthrop Cemetery.
