Hi Mom i think of you all the time.. there are things i miss about you, and there are so many things i wish you had the courage to have tried in life. I never give up on anything i do. You were riddled with anxiety for so long -and i fought all those demons you left me to battle. i’m not even allowed to talk about my childhood with my own kids mom , because it was so awful noones wants to hear it. i look like you, the most -we all have a piece of you in us. My oldest Tyler has your smile, your smile is in many other grandchildren and great grandchildren . Stephen even had a child another girl that looks like your twin. I guess you’re still here . when i scratch a ticket i think of you, when i smell cigarettes i think of you. i really wish i knew you were listening right now Visit me in my dreams i won’t recognize u i swear !! xxooi

Hey mom. I still miss the shit out of you. Sometimes I think its all a dream and I'm gonna wake up and see dad and you. Then I remember you . My Laney it was such a gift to have you as a mother . You gave me such a great life I want to thank you. Life is hard and I know I make it harder than it has to be. I just wanted to take care of everyone . I remember it all mom from the top of cutler street at the beach with Jane and Russell to you going into the water with me and swinging me around to my football games and until when you passed and I carried you out to never see you again with Christopher. That was hard I love you so much mom. Koko says hi and she loves you . Unfortunately I don't think I have much more time with her mom she I'd getting old like we all do. Like you always said that's life and it's not fair. Until we meet again. You were amazing and I love you and hope your with willy happy. Every time I scratch a ticket I think of you so send me the big one 😆. Love Brian

Dear Auntie, I am glad you are no longer suffering. I will always remember the Halloween Parties you used to give us. It was a lot of fun. I will also admire the way you were honest with people and said things the way they are, which is how it should be. Every time I see a teddy bear, I will think of you. Love your niece, Dorothy

Laney you were one of a kind .... We had a lot of laughs and a lot of great times.. Memories I'll cherish forever.. You always said from day one NO TEARS.. Its hard not to cry when you see the person you love knowing that they wouldn't be with us long.. We made a promise that I wouldn't cry as long as you don't give up.. Well she made that promise I on the other hand tried my hardest but, I did my best to hold my part of the promise.. She was so strong and had alot of courage.. Laney Cakes you survived breast cancer, then a good replacement, and after a few years you were diagnosed with lung cancer.. You were so strong and always has a food attitude .. Always saying I'm not going anywhere .. Even when you stopped the chemo you always said you were fine .. I am so grateful and blessed to have not only been your niece and named after you Karen Elaine.. You were also a friend, Like I always said even though your a pain in my ass sometimes I still love you.. We have no unspoken words to one another .. I always new you loved me... You would tell me Everyday ... Happy I was able to help you forget your troubles and worries as long as your were happy I was happy.. These past 2 my months I was with you everyday I just wanted to be with you comfort you and to spend every moment I could with you ... I will forever have wonderful memories of us.. These last few months.. You told the people you loved just how you felt about them... Hearing you tell us your going to miss us and how much you loved us was very hard to hear as we were going loss you it just wasn't fair.. You were so strong.. I am glad I put a smile on your face for the past 43 years ... You were a wonderful person don't ever forget that you were Loved by so many .. .You are now at peace.. No more worrying ... Give my dad and Mammy a big kiss for me .. Knowing you that was the 1st thing you did when yuu entered heavens gate... Send me a sign once on awhile to let me know your with me... Love you so much my Laney Cakes xoxo
