From Laura Jerome Daniels: Ernie was my cousin but I was only a little kid when his family lived in Connecticut and he and his siblings were in their 20's +. Still, I'm sorry for the loss in the family and I wish those close to Ernie God's comort and care.

Dear Stephanie and Lisa,
Our hearts are broken at the loss of your wonderful Dad. We will all miss his kindness, his humor, his love of the sea, but most of all, we will miss his beautiful heart... To me, he will always be my "Ernesto the Great"!! May he rest in peace...

Uncle Ernie you were are good man. Thank you for all the memories. I'm so happy that you were a part of my life and my family's life. You were always so funny too, you could definitely tell a good joke. Even if I had to cover my kids ears from time to time. My favorite memories of course will always be coming over my moms house and seeing the two of you cooking in the kitchen. Good times! Always, Terry, Gerson and the girls XO
