Dear Susan, Carol, Robert, and Family,
Your Dad was a special man who taught me many things about real estate over the years. He challenged me, he taught me how to negotiate, and more importantly he was a good friend.
He loved your Mother and your family very much and he was very proud of all you.
I feel blessed to have known him.
Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Kim Barnocky-Grossman

I have known and loved Susan's entire family since 1967. Michael Cappiello was a gentleman and a friend to me . I will miss the party times we spent together. I will just miss seeing him with Susan .
Love to your family

My parents, Peter and Virginia Fortuna, now both passed, were very fond of and friendly with Mr. Cappiello - I remember meeting him when I was a boy. My condolences to you and your family - he was a fine man and friend to our family, especially in the mid-1950s when my late brother, Peter, was paralyzed by Polio. Like my father, Mr. Capiello was part of the Greatest Generation, those men who came home from WWII and provided core values as well as opportunities for their post-war children. Men such as that will be missed.
