An angel on earth whose gentle spirit and kind heart radiated from her! I am blessed to have known her and to have seen her shine brightest when watching her grandsons play sports, which she knew play by play more about than I did. A true fan and a devoted grandmother and mother. Her natural warmth and smile will truly be missed. I only hope that joyful memories of her bring you solace during this very difficult time.

My condolences to Valerie's children and husband. She filled our office with humor and good-heartedness. I deeply admired Valerie's strength of character -- and her beautiful taste, too. Thoughts of her often come to mind even though she retired years ago and I failed to keep in touch. What a lovely person the world has lost.

She was a dear friend , we sat beside each other every Friday playing cards we laughed a lot and talked of how much she Loved her family and was always there for her grand sons ,,you will be sadly missed ,RIP my dear friend
