Paul A. Belyea of Temple Ave., Winthrop passed away peacefully in his home on December 23, 2015 with the love of  family and friends around him. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane Lisker Belyea, brother David Belyea, nieces, nephews, devoted friends, Maria, Todd and Nicoletta Matthews. He is also survived by many loving and caring friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved uncle William Murphy.

Paul was a retired employee of MWRA and Viking Taxi. He was a dedicated employee of the Town and State of Winthrop, Massachusetts. Paul was a man of integrity and dignity. He helped all of mankind, always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Never mistaken and never misunderstood.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation in the St. John Episcopal Church on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 9:00 to 10:00AM. The Memorial Service will be held immediately following the visitation at 10:00AM.
